“Demolition – expansion”

The growing needs of the family, requiring a review of the entire existing building structure which, though preserved in its original structure, was demolished and rebuilt extension (20% more than the existing volume) and modernized. Following the work, the unit that extends in one plane, will be composed of large living room and a kitchen and large bathroom, protected by a porch (scratch) with a view of the surrounding hills. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one bedroom with en suite bathroom the other two dressing rooms. Also outside, adjacent ‘input was obtained a technical room in which are housed the installations and equipment for the production of sanitary hot water.
